If I run 'bzr update' in some of my bzr bound trees, I get this traceback. This is a highly critical bug for me, as I cannot perform my work duties:

It doesn't work in lp:ubuntu-cve-tracker or lp:qa-regression-testing. It did work ok in bzr+ssh://<email address hidden>/~ubuntu-core-dev/apparmor/master

Just confirmed on IRC with Jamie that changing %2E to ~ in the bound_location in .bzr/branch/branch.conf fixes the issue.
