linaro-fetch-image crashes when it selects a snapshot without a hardware pack

If linaro-fetch-image[-ui] is asked to create a snapshot and it picks an OS from http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/ then it will fail, because currently there are no hardware packs in that build snapshot repository.

The current index does not contain these hardware packs.

Until the UI and CLI can be made to support choosing hardware pack locations, we will just not index these hardware packs and this problem goes away.

Dev Platform has planned to switch to Oneiric based images for 11.10.
@James T.: hwpacks for Oneiric are now built. Could you index them?

Yep, will take a look.

I will have to update the tools to allow the user to specify which snapshot they want to pick from (natty/oneiric) so it isn't totally trivial. Hopefully will be possible for 2011.10, but I imagine that my other task takes priority.

We don't have to have that option I don't think. If we complete the
switch to oneiric this month, then just indexing oneiric as snapshots
would work.

The indexer got updated this month, so we are now using Oneiric OS + Hwpack combinations.
