Unable to set language to spellcheck in Draw

Bug Description

When spellchecking I have the default language set up (italian). When cliking on the list in order to choose French language it seems it chooses Franche just for the current word and not for all the text.

Imposible to install spellchecking in LibreOffice Draw, Impress, Calc
Il check writing only in mail languge of system, but impossible to exchange to another language.

LibreOffice Writer checks writing in all languages.

Is this still an issue for you on a more recent Ubuntu release? Say 14.04.
