Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Suspend your Ubuntu until the next day.
2. Open the machine using Ubuntu
3. Click on the time/date applet on the top panel and check the date.
4. The date is yesterday (or the day the system was suspened)
5. The date should be today, not yesterday
6. This happens only once. If I open again the applet for time/date/calendar the date is correct (today)
