The "Printers" applet from the Gnome 3 control panel should be removed from Oneiric

Currently in Oneiric, if the search string "Print" is typed into the Dash, both the "Printers" and "Printing" applets are returned.

In Oneiric the "Printers" applet from the Gnome 3 control panel should be removed completely to avoid confusion. This decision was made in the following blueprint:

Desired solution:

1. Completely remove the Gnome 3 "Printers" applet from Oneiric
2. Add the "Printing" applet to the Oneiric System Settings window.

This is a matter of not shipping or hiding /usr/share/applications/gnome-printers-panel.desktop. Rodrigo, can you please add this to the next upload? Thanks!

The .desktop has OnlyShowIn=GNOME and shouldn't show under unity, is that still an issue?

@Sebastian Bacher: No, it's not an issue anymore in Beta1, Printers does not appear in Unity's System Settings, so I'm marking the Ubuntu task as Fix Released.
