Bug Description

Just tried to do:
 sudo apt-get install haveged

and failed with :

invoke-rc.d: initscript haveged, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing haveged (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 haveged
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

After the install seemed to fail, I find the deamon IS running after all. The install is erroneously detecting a fail where there is not one!
