Bug Description

When I try to launch an application, the sandbox window closes, and then reopens immediately. I never get to the app launcher window.

Same here, the mentioned solution didn't help

Before that, glimpse gave a error that it doesn't have a inet conenction, and suggested that i should have my connection available to all users, which it already is

I bypassed Internet Connection thing by removing ping line from dl-script.sh, but I'm not able to run apps. During it's routine script gives me this
Error reading https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~elementaryart/+archive/unstable-upstream: <urlopen error [Errno 0] Error>

After that, the shell gives errors that gaffel is not found. I guess that the script fails to install gaffel into sandbox. Anyway, I'm able to open this link, why the script can't?

Thanks for your report!
Please check if you have "Available to all users" checkbox checked in your internet connection settings. If it isn't, check it and see if it helps.

Well, it's not REALLY fixed, it's worked around I'd say. It's a consequence of bug 811563.
