please remove obsolete wine-gecko from oneiric

Please remove wine-gecko from Oneiric. This package was dropped so long ago that even the transitional package was dropped in wine1.2 version 1.2.2-0ubuntu5.

It's no longer needed, but I'm a bit confused by launchpad as it's indicating that the ancient, separate wine-gecko source package still exists but I'm not finding it on a running system with apt-cache. Perhaps it got confused when the binary was merged into wine1.2-gecko.
