Create a proper welcome screen

Bug Description

Installing this Sandbox is a big deal. There needs to be a proper welcome screen that explains what Glimpse is going to do. Even a short string like, "This will set up the Glimpse app testing environment. It requires a fresh installation disk image which will automatically be downloaded (700MB)." is better than nothing.

This thing has always been in there, unless there was a bug bypassing it.
