no new user interface! Just the normal user interface that gets enabled, if the dedicated server sends a message that allows the changes. This should be combined with the password feature (bug #813063 ), so if a password is set, the server waits for the password to be send and once a player sends the password and it is correct, the player (and only the one that send the password - or others that send the pwassword previously) get access to change the settings.
