RFE: Web interface to bughelper

There have been requests for a GUI to bughelper. Henrik suggested that we build a web application that wraps bughelper and runs queries on behalf of a user. Output would be displayed as a web page, which may depend on implementing bug 81289.

This should start off as a web application that operates locally. But someone could put it on the Internet.

I started a first attempt to built a webinterface for bughelper.
I have chosen webpy because I think its the easiest way to do the job.

* Added a new branch: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~thekorn/bughelper/bughelper.webpy.dev
* additional packages needed: python-cheetah (Template-Engine), python-webpy
* If you want to test the "webinterface" just start the server "./bugserver" and open the provided address in a webbrowser, like "http://0.0.0.0:8080/bugnumbers/emacs21"
* almost all options of bugnumbers are know (but not the -l-option) usage:
http://0.0.0.0:8080/bugnumbers/emacs21?minbug=70000&importance=Medium

I do not know if this is what we are looking for, do not know if we need something like django or zope.

Ok, there was not action on this bugreport for the last year.
Do we need a webinterface for bughelper at all? And if so this has to be started newly. Will delete the mentioned branch soon, as
  * this is not working with the current version of bughelper
  * and the code is REALLY bad :)

re-closing Invalid -- there has been no activity on this bug since 2008, and the close status was really wrong.
