Bug Description
Bug #36977 requests the automatic insertion of non-breaking spaces beside punctuation in French translations.
As an intermediate step, a visual tag that represents the non-breaking space will allow translators to insert them manually whilst get around Firefox's destruction of non-breaking spaces.
