Use bin="not" attribute not just in <op> nodes

Bug Description

At the moment you can negate only simple text conditions, but not complete <and> or <or> conditions.

Fixing this would require changes to XMLOperations.py and and to infoFiles.py - while the changes required are probably just a couple of one line fixes, I suppose it will take a bit of time to figure out.
