rpcbind UDD branch has a 0.6.0.orig.tar.gz, but the archive has 0.6.0.orig.tar.bz2?

Bug Description

Doing an upload of the rpcbind package via UDD, the upload of 0.2.0-6ubuntu1 has been rejected because the archive couldn't find the rpcbind_0.2.0.orig.tar.gz that was reconstructed via pristine-tar. This seems reasonable, given that there's only rpcbind_0.2.0.orig.tar.*bz2* in the archive. I don't know if there was once a tar.gz used and the maintainer later switched to using the tar.bz2, or what, but it would be nice if bzr bd did the right thing here.
