Playhead sticks in the timeline when pressing stop

Bug Description
In the current svn trunk(r1192) if you press stop after playing then the playhead in the timeline stays where it is and the playhead in the instrument viewer returns to the start.

I think this is a very recent breakage as I don't recall it happening a week or so ago.
