Related to lp:523802 we need to bring that facility back in for Ariadne but also OSF.

Code is committed and ready to go. Staging is using it and has stats available in the admin screen.
For production I've done all I can to get ready. After this code is released, there is a cronjob for generate_stats that just needs to be uncommented in the crontab.
