I found the work around in the Internet:

you should have a file /etc/sysctl. d/30-postgresql -shm.conf
Uncomment the kernel.shmmax line
and change its values to something bigger. For Eg.
kernel.shmmax = 41943040
Then run
sudo sysctl -p
and restart postgres again
