Animation disappears after minimizing window

Bug Description

After running the executable, if you minimize the window in which the Animation is displayed and then subsequently restore the window, the Animation is no longer shown in the window.

I see it too. Likely a problem with how we use SDL. Our interface with SDL is quite minimal right now. I'll take a look at it.

It doesn't happen every time you minimize. I'd say maybe 60-70%. I can reproduce this by testing against only the graphical engine--which effectively rules out MessageRouter, Database, and Console.
