gnome-terminal miscalculating terminal geometry

When the terminal is configured to start with 61 rows it actually opens with either 59 or 60. I can't tell which one since the geometry overlay has been removed.

William, you're using Ubuntu 11.04 right?

Yes, I just upgraded from 10.10 on one machine and fresh install on
another. Same issue on both machines with 11.04.
