Bug Description
The top-left corner shouldn't work as hotspot to reveal the Launcher. The user should be able to trigger the revealing of the Launcher with the cursor only using the left edge of the screen.

To clarify, quote from John Lea:
"Basically the user has to push *past* the edge of the screen to reveal the Launcher, rather than it being on a time delay. So if you need to reveal the Launcher you can do so instantly, while at the same time reducing false positives from placing the cursor on the left edge of the screen. Apparently it is difficult to do this in X but Jason has a solution."
We shouldn't remove the top-left /disable edge option until this is actually working. Edge activation is a nuisance whenever you try to e. g. select text or click a widget on the left window edge for fullscreen applications.
