last performance test should use larger units than hours whenever applicable

Bug Description

I did a performance test on one of my disks around September last year. Disk Utility reports that this was done "7587 hours ago". A more useful way to present this information would be in the form of "(0 years,) 10 months, 16 days and 3 hours ago". Years should not be shown in this particular example, since it is equal to zero.
