Bug Description
If you type for example:
pen = balpen
pen = potlood
you will get the same question twice, with a different answer. It would be better if OpenTeacher would automatically make this:
pen = balpen, potlood

Confirmed by someone else (a non launchpad user)
I think a better representation would be: pen = 1. balpen 2. potlood
Also, are we combining them when in a lesson only, or already when entering? And how about loading files (from other programs) having this 'bug'?
