Please sync module-assistant 0.11.4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The ubuntu delta was changing fglrx-kernel-src into fglrx-kernel-source.
But as fglrx-kernel-source is not build anymore since Maverick, we can skip that change.

Package builds fine, we can sync !
