Bug Description

The indicator is unable to load weather updates when behind an http proxy.

It does not seem to be picking up the system proxy settings and there are no settings in the preferences for proxies.

Neither the google nor the yahoo weather data source works. Seems to work fine when I am not behind a proxy.
