Yes, using PPA since 12 July 2011.

Started down loading cover art and stopped. Left open over night, restarted, rebooted still not continuing.

I am also affected by this. From what I could figure out, the broken image appears only after Beatbox has registered a filepath to an image, and then the image either moves in location or is deleted. When this happens, Instead of rescanning the folder for another image, or reverting back to the original "no-album-art" image, beatbox shows a broken-image instead.

"rescan library", reinstalling the program, or restarting the computer doesn't fix this for me, although I did get a weird little workaround; I think that this problem is compounded by messy file handling in beatbox.

In order for me to fix this, I had to disable "keep music folder organized" and "copy files to music folder when added to library", as it tends to create multiple folders with the same music within my music folder. Then I temporarily moved all of my music out of my music folder (and deleted any excess artist and album folders that beatbox created, though I'm not sure if this makes much of a difference). I then used the option "Rescan Music Folder", and when that was finished moved all my music back to my music folder and rescanned once more. After doing this, the albums that either didn't any art in the folder anymore, or had new art in the folder, showed up with the appropriate album images.

so basically, I think either the "copy files to music folder" or "keep music folder organized" option is altering the filepaths to the album covers used and then beatbox fails to rescan for the new covers, or revert back to the no-album-art image.

One last thing, if you wanted to replicate this bug, I noticed you have to restart beatbox after moving, renaming, or deleting the album art that it uses, in order for the broken image to show.
