Bug Description

Binary package hint: amarok

System details:
Ubuntu (Gnome) Edgy fully updated
USB Sound Card using ALSA

Crash happens when changing tracks; most of the time soon after changing a track before it (~ within 5 seconds). This might be coincidence, but I think that is how the error occurs.

Will attach problem report, though it is a pretty big file...

I think I might have the same problem. I'm using Feisty, all updated. I turn off crossfade and no crashes.

Hope this helps.

This bug hasn't been updated in a while... Is it still an issue with the latest version of Amarok in the Ubuntu repositories?

I haven't used it for a while. I just tested with Amarok 1.4.8 on Gutsy and all seems to be ok. If it happens again, I'll repost it.

Can't reproduce this bug at all. Also, it's a report for a very old version of Amarok....
Anyway, Amarok 1.4.x is not maintained anymore upstream, as Amarok 2 is currently beta 2, available for Intrepid, so this bug should be closed.

It happens to me when I change webradio channels by doubleclicking on the channel in my playlist.
