EQ redesign

The currently Equalizer is really ugly. I'm proposing a redesign here. Menu items not shown below would include:

Added a pre-amp and removed the db values as suggested in #elementary

I guess I'll have to add pre_amp functionality then. Doesn't that just make the music louder? anyways, with the menu items, you do know that the user must have a backup preset selected in case it can't find an automatic match, right? also, how do you remove/reset the presets.

I was going to file a report on the lack of a close button, but from the attachment above I spotted a close button. @Scott are you intending to implement the close button?

Dan, Can you add a volume control somewhere on that equalizer? i tried putting it in the appmenu, but it turns out it takes a whole library and a lot of hacking to do that (which is what the soundmenu does).
