bzr explorer locks up with "Unable to obtain lock file:///C:/Users/Mark/AppData/Roaming/bazaar/2.0/lock"

Bazaar explorer keeps locking up with the error message "bzr ERROR: Could not acquire lock "(local)": file:///C:/Users/Mark/AppData/Roaming/bazaar/2.0/lock"

I keep deleting that directory but it keeps coming back and freezing the entire program

Attached is my bzr.log file (the entries from when i opened bazaar explorer)

This log said you had lock file obtained 107 hours before the error.
Please, break this lock again and start explorer again. Work until you
reproduce lock problem, then show me the log for all operation since
you broke the lock.
