OpenLP 1.9.7 "Joyful John"

Bug Description

Changes have been added to Truck to cover:

- Song Usage status indication (can change status as well) on Main screen.
- Changes to Service Manager to show theme within a service Item.
- Ability to Clone a song.

Song Usage status indication (can change status as well) on Main screen.
This will require Song Usage to be written up before this gets written up so I set to Incomplete until that is done.
