Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug because your description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

Can You upload a screenshot?

Thanks!

I don't care what you do, I did what I had to do. It's not for me to
tell you why and how there is a bug. I told you as much as I knew to
tell. I am not a programmer.

Previously you referred me to an article from a programmer who was
saying please don't insult our intelligence; which made me wonder if
there was any intelligence to be insulted.

As for myself i am quite satisfied of my own IQ (not Einstein but well
over average) but I don't feel i have to apply it to solve your
problems. And I don't feel you insult my intelligence since I don't take
offense from people who know not what they say. Like I said before I am
a user of these programs and not a programmer and I don't intend to
become one.

If you don't want to look into it, that's your business. As for me if I
have a problem in the futur i will try another software.
