*Update*
Installation of Firefox 6 Has cleared up a lot of video playback issues for me. They have all disappeared. But will note Grease Monkey script for hd video on youtube causes issues but merely disabling grease monkey fixed it right away.

Jason, another one from 2011 which is being closed by marking as "Invalid" as exact cause of problem was not actually confirmed.
