here the logs... I have no usb keyboard at home, this bug turn my laptop nearly unusable. (still tty and mouse only guest session but no way to open visual keyboard from acessibility options in lightdm)

Small focus on what I see as suspect in X11.logs files:

Wladimir Mutel log:

[ 393.193] (II) The server relies on udev to provide the list of input devices.
If no devices become available, reconfigure udev or disable AutoAddDevices.

mine:

[ 12.757] (WW) Hotplugging is on, devices using drivers 'kbd', 'mouse' or 'vmmouse' will be disabled.

What solved my problem,
was reading /usr/share/doc/xserver-xorg/howto/configure-input.txt.gz
and running
udevadm trigger --subsystem-match=input --action=change
as described in this doc.
(this I did in remote ssh session from another computer to my laptop)
However I don't understand why such action is needed now.
Earlier, kbd&mouse worked well in X without that.
This could be a bug in updated udev or initramfs scripts.
