Bug Description
In Unity, a maximised window will have its application menu combined with the Unity top-bar. When the top-bar is hovered over, the title of the window disappears and is replaced by the application's menu, as expected.

However, after closing the window and reopening it via the Mail icon on the top-bar, hovering over the Unity top bar will stop displaying the application menus.

This means that the application menu is rendered inaccessible, meaning that the only way to access the settings menu, or to quit Quassel is via shortcuts (i.e. F7 and CTRL+Q respectively), which is a hindrance.
The quirk resolves itself after quitting and reopening the client.
