pyqt error on mouse multiple selects

Bug Description

Binary package hint: imgseek

Steps to reproduce -

run imgseek from command line.
open existing database.
select groups tab.
click on a picture and drag to another picture, attempting to select a second.

Output in terminal:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/imgSeekLib/customWidgets.py", line 78, in contentsMouseMoveEvent
    QDragObject(self.viewport()).drag()
TypeError: qt.QDragObject represents a C++ abstract class and cannot be instantiated

Have filed an upstream bug at sourceforge
