users-admin crashed with SIGABRT in g_option_context_parse()

Bug Description

users-admin has crashed constantly in Gnome3. Usual message indicated GTK2-GTK3 conflict as do many system programs.

The report dialog came after I attempted to open the service after an upgrade today (Ubuntu Desktop). users-admin still fails.
