cannont install a db (invoicing and hr)

in trunk (web and gtk), payroll branch

to reproduce :
 * create a db
 * install invoicing an hr
 * bug

cannot install accounting :

error : * The _name attribute account.analytic.Journal.report is not valid.

Hello Aline,

This bug does not affect the latest trunk addons branch as it is already fixed on it.
But we are getting problem In payroll branch it means (it payroll branch is not merged with latest trunk addons)

Currently I am directly assigning this to addons3 as mra checked this issue and told me for qualification.
@addons3: This issue is related with hr_payroll branch only and The related branch is not available in my system so would you please confirm this by your self.
