Add Quicklists (or the DockManager equivalent)

It could be helpful to have quicklists (or the DockManager equivalent), i.e. an "Import from vCard," "Export all to vCard," or related options, in the context menu of Dexter, similar to Midori, Firefox, and many other apps.

That is, of course, assuming these (or others) are actions that a user would like to get to without opening the whole app. These would also need to be accessible via the command line (for them to work with quick lists).

I'm up for discussion about whether or not these make sense for Dexter, as it's a bit more up in the air for me when compared to Marlin, Maya, Midori, etc.

I personally don't think that exporting all contacts to vCard format is an action common enough to put it in the dockmanager quicklist.

Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking. Are there any actions in Dexter that would be common to use without wanting to open the app's main window? If not, we can probably scrap this bug, at least for now.
