Add Quick List (for Unity and Plank) for different actions

First, we need to sort out bug 807397 to add a flag to open just the "New Event" window.

Then it would be nice to have quicklists (or the DockManager equivalent), i.e. an "Add Event" option in the context menu of Maya, similar to Midori, Firefox, and many other apps. Below is some sample code to go in the .desktop file that would theoretically work as described for the Unity implementation (which is also picked up by Plank):
