evolution mail program accent bug

Please correct a bug problem in evolution program for mail in Ubuntu: in French, accents are not always showing up in the titles and content of the messages. Letters with accent are just not there many times so some words are very weird.

Dear Pedro,

Yes it's possible:

Letters are missing. And in the title the word R?UNION should read like
this: RÉUNION. With the "É" not a ? sign.

Bug from 2011. Version not longer supportet.
Change status to Invalid.
