Bug Description
Encountered while freezing bzr-2.4b5 on pqm itself
I also got a:
failed to open trace file: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/you-should-
line in the pqm *mail*, i.e. not part of stdout nor stderr
A quick look at the test reveals nothing suspicious, it's a blackbox test and as such inherits from TestCaseWithTra

Marking high as random failures on pqm are a real pita.
Also, I was able to reproduce locally on natty with python2.5 *once* and vaguely remember some spurious failures on babune but with a very low frequency :-/
