General impression input field possibly hidden

Bug Description
SUT: RevAger 1.4, Windows 7 Starter
When running RevAger 1.4 on a small "netbook" / "smartphone" screen resolution (propably 800x480) the input field for the general impression in Tab 3 of the Protocol window is covered by the help window (since the help is active by default) but no indication like a scroll bar is given. Therefore the input field might seem inaccessible or missing from the user's perspective.
