Devanagari display in LibreOffice

Bug Description

I found out that Devanagari is displayed in different ways in LibreOffice Windows XP and Ubu ntu 11.04. Please have a look at the screen shots

Ernst Tremel, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. Could you please attach the Writer file that produced the attached screenshot? What version of LibreOffice were you using when you took the screenshot in Windows XP? Which of the two screenshots are correct?

This is the correctly displayed
"correct-LibreOffice-Windows XP"

The corresponding Writer file is
LibreOffice 3.4.1 Windows XP SP3"

This is wrongly displayed
"wrong-LibreOffice Ubuntu 11"

The correspondinh Writer file is
"LibreOffice 3.3.2 Ubuntu 11.04"

Additionally I'd like to add that all the Devanagari characters in
Unicode 6.0
are these
"HindiFont-BabelMap"

But in Ubuntu 11.04 there are only these one included
"HindiFont-Ubuntu11.04-Zeichentabelle"

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. This Ubuntu release has reached EOL for Desktops.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test. If the bug is still reproducible, please note that and set the status back to New.

Actualization from Ubuntu 14.04 up to Ubuntu 14.10 did not resolve this bug

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
