Bug Description

If you create an options with a long name, the name overflows
the voting options portlet and voting results displayed at:
http://launchpad.dev/~ubuntu-team/+poll/$poll/

and the Poll options details page:
http://launchpad.dev/~ubuntu-team/+poll/$poll/+options

The fmt:break-long-words TALES formatter should help solve this problem. It does the same word breaking that fmt:text-to-html does.
