*Update*
Installation of Firefox Has cleared up a lot of playback issues for me. They have all disappeared. But will note Grease Monkey script for hd video on youtube causes issues but merely disabling grease monkey fixed it right away.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner.

Marking as "Invalid" as problem appears to have been with Grease Monkey and not with Firefox.
