Bug Description
When I open an window (any type of window that has a title bar) and maximize it (by sticking it to the top panel) and restore it back many times, then the title bar of the window disappears. If I restart the system, then the problem is gone but it appears again if I do the same (described above).

I noticed that this problem appears not only when I stick the window to the panel but it appears after some time anyway, no matter I do.
It looks like after re-installing the compiz packages and playing with CompizConfi settings the problem disappeared.
My video card NVIDIA and I saw that also other people with NVIDIA have this problem with titlebar missing.
