Icon highlight is incorrectly offset/sized in the Dash

Bug Description

In the attached screenshots you can see the highlight behind the Check Email (Thunderbird) icon is obviously incorrect. It's vertical offset is wrong, it seems probably because the icon is smaller than the other icons in the dash. Though I think the highlight should be the same size regardless of the icon size.

btw: the issue only happens in Natty, not in Oneiric

@Omer: the error is still present in oneiric (not with thunderbird, but with other programs that have smaller icons - like tuxguitar).

Right, Thanks for letting me know, I had only reproduced this bug with
thunderbird previously and I guess thunderbird improved its icon :-)
