Bug Description
Binary package hint: onboard
Steps to reproduce:
System > Gnome control center > Assisstant technologies preferences > On screen keyboard > Start
(text may differ slightly since i'm translating from gnome in spanish)
I upgraded the last week from Ubuntu 6.10 to Ubuntu 7.04 alpha 2.

Confirmed on up-to date feisty. Crash is caused by some charset problems.
