Bug Description

To simplify moving from uTorrent to qBittorrent, it would be great for qBittorrent to parse uTorrent's resume.dat file contained at user's profile folder under name "uTorrent\resume.dat". This file contains information about torrents already downloaded by uTorrent, so if qBittorren would be able to import this file, it could start seeding files previously downloaded by uTorrent. Also it would be great to import uTorrent's labels.

There is another interesting uTorrent's config file, settings.dat. Importing uTorrent's settings would be a great feature also (speed limits, etc).

Those files are encoded in bencode, so parsing them should not be a problem.

Indeed, an import function to import torrents and settings from other clients (specially µTorrent) would be great to have!
