Bug Description
Cascading foreign key constraints can cause unresolved conflicts in multi-master topology.
To fix refactor innodb key generating so that:
=> FK operations will be populated in WS.
=> unique secondary index keys will populate in WS
=> varchar keys will be converted to canocical form
