Bug Description

Randomly, when opening a window that's supposed to be maximized, it will behave strangely.
The title bar will be a bit off to one side, and even though the window is the right size, the button on the title bar appears to be for maximizing - not demaximizing.
When clicking anywhere on said title bar, it is the window behind that which will get the click. This is of course especially bad when trying to close it, because it is the window behind it which will be closed (if it's also maximized).

Bringing some other window to the foreground and then the offending window again will solve the problem for THAT window, but will not prevent it from happening again.
